There are many ways to make your website usefull and interactive, one of these ways is by using forms. Forms allow people that view your website to enter certain information designated by the webpage designer and then collect that data and compile it in a more organized format.

Forms can be coded in several different ways. The information can be collected using text fields, radio buttons, check boxes, pull-down menus, comment boxes, and push buttons. At the end of the form there must be a submit button in order for the data to be sent to the designer, also it is usefull to add a reset button in order to clear all the information entered on the webpage. Below is an example of a form.
